Just curious if something like this exists. The perk choice of FO3, compared to the other Fallouts is pretty....lackluster. :/ The trait system is also nice and it's a shame it's not implemented. Does a mod exist that simply transfers all the perk data files from New Vegas over to FO3 so you can get perks like, for example, Laser Commander? Seems like it'd be fairly easy to do, am I wrong?

I've seen a few a mods around the Nexus that add classic or NV perks but they are not comprehensive. It would be fairly easy to port over some to FO3 however there are hard-coded functions for a few perks that exist in NV but not F3 so not all could be ported.
