No there is no Fallout MMO being worked on. Interplay was working on one but Bethesda sued them to get them to stop, and Bethesda won. So no there is no Fallout MMO in the works.

Oh! Thy sed that Bethesda is going to test it and will be working on the first half of 2012 and the second half published because bethesda has won all the right over all the fallout production and there for will go on working on the online mmo.
