so ive done lonesome road once and was allied with the ncr so he had his nukes aimed at the ncr, but if im legion will he aim them at the legion, and if im yes man/house will the be aimed at the mojave?

No, he only has two nukes which are aimed at the Long 15(which will severely cripple NCR supply lines) and at Dry Wells(which was the location of Ulysses' old tribe, but is now a major Legion camp).

You can choose one, the other or both regardless of who you side with. You could be siding with the NCR, but still nuke the Long 15.

Ulysses is (or was) a Frumentarii who fell in love with a nation the Courier helped build up, until it was tradgically destroyed by the Courier's own negligence. Since then, he's been unable to appreciate the Legion, the NCR or any other nations as he believes they're all doomed to fail and pale in comparison to what the Courier was building up. Ulysses believes that in order for another great nation to arise, all other "dead" ideals and nations built upon them must first die. However, he sympathizes with the Legion, their ideals and their decent attempt at trying something new, thus instead of bombing both, he opts to bomb the Long 15, cutting off the NCR, dooming their forces in the Mojave so that Vegas will fall to the Legion, then the Legion will have a CHANCE at building a strong nation, and should they fail, they'll surely turn on each other and then a new nation will be born. This plan remains static no matter which choice you make.

I don't care about that (i'm not nuking anyone) im just trying to figure out if he has the nukes aimed at different places depending on who you are sided with because im building an independent character, i think it would be really cool to have two couriers, one from the west the other from the east who both sympathize with the nation they came from but want to build a better one.

Why, if you were an NCR supporter, would the nukes be aimed at the NCR? Or do you mean is Ulysses different depending on your alligence?

My original question was that if i was a NCR supporter would the nukes be aimed at the NCR, if i supported the legion would they be aimed at the legion, and if i was with vegas would they be aimed at vegas, but now i see that he always aims them at NCR territory to take out the long 15
