Well thing is, ever since i did that there has been a wierd background sound. It sounds like the sound from the securitron army in the fort, but it is everywhere no matter where i am (or atleast in the Mojave havent been in the DLC′s since i nuked them).

So anyone know anything?

Try going to another DLC to see if it persists. I just nuked them both yesterday and didn't notice any new noises. Though it might be ED-E's upgrades.
