Have only played 2 hours. Arrive at outskirts of Primm. NCR guard says to talk to Lt. "down the road apiece." And stay to the West of the overpass. Have looked everywhere. No see, LT. Suggestions from a Fallout NV pro would be appreciated.

Just follow the road from where you met the NCR Trooper and eventually you'll bump into 3 tents at the end of the road. The Lieutenant is in one of em

Thanx. Somehow, I missed how to get over the overpass.

You don't need to go over the overpass, the tents are all on the west side. You also don't have to even talk to the Lieutenant, though you could if you wanted to.

Yea, the NCR near Primm is pretty useless LOL I usually never involve them.
