Mind elaborating? What kind of trouble?
If it's constant lagging and freezing - then I have some bad news. Sadly, PS3's divided memory pool (or something like that) causes problems with games such as Skyrim and New Vegas. It's something that you'll have to get used to, for there is no real permanent solution. However, there is a quite useful 'tool' you can use when lagging rears it's ugly head.
When you notice lag forming, here's what you do:
- Save - not auto save - hard save.
- form the PS button quit to the XMB
- Go back into New Vegas
- Load your save
Your game should be lag-less now. You might have to do this every 2 hours or so, sadly.
Now, if it isn't lag or freezing and something else, you can try the Fallout: New Vegas software and hardware issues Sub-forum, for this is the General Discussion forum.
Also, it's important to not rely on autosaves when loading up your game, for they can easily become corrupted and could likely be causing the problem.
