Ok, I know this is probably a very stupid question but it has been bugging me for sometime. What exactly are the pocket guide to the empire books? Are they in-game books or are they print? Also, I have only found the 1st and 3rd edition when searching about them... is there no 2nd?

They were print. One came with Redguard, one came with the Oblivion collectors edition. Since there was no game taking place between Redguard and Oblivion, there was no 2nd Edition.

We don't talk about the 2nd Edition Pocket Guide.
