Gravedigger question.

Tribunal Expansion..
It seems the charges have a reverse effect and paralyze and damage me rather than the enemy when the King's Oath Blade is basically the same item just a weaker version and the paralyze/damage effect hurt the enemy but the fire damage still hurts me because that is on self, Idk why I can't use the Gravedigger, it's the best sword I've seen so far.

I believe you can take Gravedigger from the cold dead hands of its owner.

As for King's Oath, I know which sword you're talking about but it's been so long since I've gotten to play Tribunal that I can't really recall how the sword works or why it has the fire damage to self effect. It could just be one of those last bugs that everyone has forgotten about.

Kings Oath has always been like this. Don't remember if it was an oversight by Bethesda or just Helseth playing a joke on you.

Gravedigger is indeed one of the most powerful swords in the game. I think you are getting the enchantment reflected though. That's why you are getting hurt by the sword. In Morrowind itself, there are far less enemies that reflect magic but in Tribunal and especially Bloodmoon your weapon enchantment will be cast back at you very often. High damage enchanted weapons are basically suicide on Solstheim.

Not even worth using either of em, I'm just using a plain daedric claymore, it does less damage then Gravedigger and the same damage as King's Oath but it doesn't hurt me.

Get a weapon enchanted with 2-3 seconds of Fortify Strength on Self, on Strike. The opponent can't reflect what's not cast on them, and your NEXT hit will be brutal. Unfortunately, it also means frequent repairs, since your higher Strength will increase wear and tear on it.

My enchanting level is like 10 so I doubt it'd do any good, or is that all I need?

In Morrowind you don't actually enchant things yourself, you buy enchanting services from an enchanter, usually someone in the Mages Guild.

If you have a high enchant skill in Morrowind I believe it mostly just means how much use you get out of an enchanted item. Rather than 'cast' from an enchanted item costing 25 out of 100 of the soul you used to enchant the item, at a higher enchanting skill it might only be 20 out of 100, meaning you get an extra cast before the item runs dry.

You can enchant items yourself in Morrowind, it just takes a very high enchant skill to do it, typically higher than 100 so it requires a fortifying item or spell (or Alchemy abuse).

The UMP fixed King's Oath so that all the damage is on the receiving end. A recent character of mine used it through the Bloodmoon endgame, great claymore.

EDIT - Sorry, it's actually the MPP now. I guess my age is showing....

Oops! That's right. What I should've said was it's so difficult to enchant yourself that I never even gave it a second though, and always go to Gabeldir or whoever to enchant my stuff for me.

They're fan made patches. UMP was the original (unofficial Morrowind patch) and MPP (MorrowindPatchProject) is a follow on.

I use this one, not the newest:

And they fix King's Oath?

Also anyone know a merchant that sells a Fortify Strength Spell? I'm gonna try and use an enchantment I found a soul gem worth 8k so I think it's a strong one

Edit: Nvm just read there is one on the Tribunal expansion, off to Mournhold for me
Edit: Nvm can't get it until I'm a faction member and I have to do some temple things in Morrowind first.

Not sure about King's Oath personally. Kmelch seems to think so.

You can use any fortify attribute spell to have a strength spell made. Balmora Temple has a vendor for Fortify Intelligence.

It's definitely in the one I use, but I guess it's the super-unofficial BTB edit... includes these object enchantment changes:

arrow of wasting shard_en, effect: "weakness to shock" -> "weakness to frost"
arrow of wasting shard_en, effect: "shock damage" -> "frost damage"
cruel viper_en, duration: "0" -> "1"
dire shard_en, Magnitude: "3-7" -> "5-11"
dire spark_en, Magnitude: "3-7" -> "5-11"
five fingers of pain_en, added effect: "poison" "touch" Magnitude: "3-5"
flamemirror robe_en, duration: "60" -> "10"
king's_oath_pc_en, range: "self" -> "touch"
shard_en, magnitude: "0-7" -> "1-4"
stfelms_en, effect: "feather" -> "fire damage"
stfelms_en, range: "self" -> "touch"
stllothis_en, range: "self" -> "touch"
viper_en, duration: "10" -> "1"; magnitude: "4-7" -> "1-4"
vivec's kiss_en, type: "cast on strike" -> "cast on use"
