I have nothing that alters AI or quests aside from the unofficial patches, so i dont know why these are bugging out for me....

Anvil, siren's deception quest : Faustina askes me to go to the farm, i go there and enter at 11 pm, nobody is inside. If i use the console to return to the flowing bowl, faustina and the other woman is still standing there. I cannot figure out a way to move them to the farm.

Anvil, mages guild quest : I go to the inn, rest, the two battlemages are standing outside in iron armor. However they will NOT follow me. Carminalda is standing by the roadside but will not inititiate dialog with me unless i approach her first (and then the two guild battlemages are still standing at the inn).

Okay so....according to the patch item, im running the unofficial patch 3.4.1...and the wiki says the patch fixed hauls ropes faster not offering atheletics training....well i am talking to him now and he STILL doesnt offer atheletics training....

I may be grasping at straws, but did you first install Unofficial Oblivion Patch 3.2.0 and then the 3.4.1 update? If so then

I'm also grasping at straws. Double check that you have actually enabled the Unofficial Patch. I know that sounds stupid but believe me, it's easy to forget sometimes. I've done it more than once myself.
