Plugins.txt?

Does this file have to be in the order that your load order is in? as i have wrye bash managing my mods and the load order is correct, but this plugins.txt file is jumbled up all over the place, is that normal? and the data files tab in the oblivion launcher is also messed up.

For Oblivion, the order of the plugins in plugins.txt doesn't matter, and the launcher displays plugins in alphabetical order.

Not for Oblivion. Oblivion handles load order based on time stamps. plugins.txt is more of a list than anything else.

Oh thank god, i was just looking at the wrye bash thread with the person your helping deaths_soul and wondered where my plugins.txt is, i then found them in appdata and saw it was out of order and started to panic. The skyrim is in the right order though so its all good. Thanks guys ;)
