The Dragon Statue in the Imperial City

Post » Tue Nov 17, 2009 3:34 am

I can't find my Oblivion copy, but I remembered a dragon statue in the Imperial City. Is there any history on that statue? I can't even remember if that was still there after Martin Septim transformed into the Akatosh. Would that technically mean we saw two dragons?

I doubt it had any major history; dragons are sacred in the empire, so it's natural to see a statue or two in their home city.

I thought it had something to do with Talos(Tiber Septim), I may be wrong though.

In Talos Plaza? Akatosh, I think. So he's got two three statues now.

There's a statue of Akatosh in dragon-shape in the center of the Talos Plaza, if I remember right.

edit: Uh, 1 minute too slow.

The dragon statue comes after Martin uses the amulet and transformes into Akatosh, after beating Dagon he freezes in stone.

There was also a similar statue in Ebonheart, which was the Imperial capital on Vvardenfell.

I didn't know there was one in Ebonheart too, but they say Dragons was in Vvardenfell.

where is the other one, and yeh it is akatosh, because if you bypass the collision boxes you can get the blessing of akatosh from it
