Fortification Hill Help? : Fallout: New Vegas

So to put it simply, I have no idea how to get to Fortification Hill to insert the platinum chip. There's no indicator on the map, and I've been wandering around for ages trying to find it.

Then again I did sleep with Benny, let him go and then proceed to help him escape in front of the entire Caesar's Legion, leaving me vilified, so I could have easily screwed up along the way.

This game is incredible, I just need to find this place so I can continue! :fallout:

and find Benny eventually, make him stop calling me pvssycat

there is a location but it says something else its in ceasars legion area

I have a location but its kinda hard to find out how to get there. Its seems like they made it so you can't go across lake and climb cliff(seems like they put collision boxes or something to stop you from passing but i cant check since i don't have computer version), only way there is over the dam which has a door that say unassessable.
