Anything I should know...?

I'm about to do a new play through of an old game I was once very familiar with. I've reinstalled it, cleaning it of any outdated mods, and have installed a few mods to get me going. I know how to play the game, I'm just wondering if there is anything I should know about the game that I've forgotten :D. Also if anyone has any mods they'd like to recommend that'd be good.

I've got these mods atm:

Fellout
FWE
MMM
Owned
Underground Hideout

:D

The first mod looks too complicated to tangle with for my tastes, but DC Subway is going right into my mod list!

@mirocu- If you want all of the different zones (Georgetown, Seward Square, Mason District, Takoma Park and L'Enfant Plaza), all you need to download is the DC Interiors Combo Edition.
If you have all of the DLCs and you'd like some new toys in your interiors, you can add the DC Interiors Collectibles file too. Both it and the Side Quests file are totally optional. The extra downloads after those are for people who wish to pick and choose which parts of their games are modded to potentially avoid conflicts. Most people use the combo edition.
