My game crashes on start up all the sudden, can anyone see an issue in this load order that can cause it?

You're missing Broken Steel which several of your mods require.

For future reference, you can copy your load order from the Tools bar in FOMM and you might want to let BOSS sort your load order for you.
CRBSOR is included in FWE so you don't need to use the standalone version of the mod.

Broken Steel WAS activated, just messed up when posting.
And I used the updated version of the sorter.
