Does anyone know this bedroll?

There was a specific portable bedroll I once had that I downloaded from nexus. But it seems to not be there anymore, maybe somewhere else?

What was special about this bedroll:

1. When you placed it on the ground it was an actual rolled up form that might roll away on inclines.
2. It did not look like a piece of cardboard or a lunch box. A rolled up sleeping bag that had to be placed just right.
3. It demanded a level surface or else would refuse to activate.
4. When activated, it consumed one energy cell to inflate into a mattress.

Does someone know this mod? It was probably the best sleep aid around and now it might be gone.

Hmm. Primary Needs has a portable bedroll but it didn't remove an energy cell nor did it have a bedroll for a mesh. I think when Primary Needs was integrated into FWE it was refined and expanded. There was an item called the "RobCo Portable Bed" or some such and it did exactly as you described, it removed an energy cell, complained about not being on a level surface and the mesh was a proper bedroll.

Thanks. I just realized that the mod for a bedroll was not in my Fallout 3 2011 mods folder. Because it turned out to be a part of FWE after I spent some time googling. I would seriously consider going Wanderer's Edition again just for that bedroll, but I'll have read up to see how much more stress FWE will have on my setup when I am already using MMM and NMC's performance textures.

Well I don't know your computer but if you're already tittering on the brink of major instability or already have bad performance than FWE might push you over the edge. You can check what all FWE does at their http://sites.google.com/site/fo3wanderersedition/credits-contributors.

It wouldn't be hard to tke that bedroll and it's functionality out of FWE and make it a standalone mod if you were worried about FWE making your game explode.

Yes, but now I've been tempted by the FWE devil. My mod setup is the latest MMM and FO3 Redesigned plus a few adventures. Stability is as non-eventful as adventuring NE to SW from Republic of Dave to that building with the Necronomicon. There were two crashes later when I gave the Large Aware Address Enabler another chance. Removed it and everything is fine and confident.

What's bringing me down to 28-36 fps is the MMM spawns settings, that FXAA Injector, NMC, and Project Reality. I'm concerned mostly about FWE's communicating enemy AI and Detection. And their long range surgical precision with guns. Then again, my wasteland is more or less a 6 in danger.

And here I went through the minor inconvenience by taking the portable bed functionality out of FWE and making a simple mod out if it

Here it is anyways if you want it - http://www.4shared.com/archive/9rRIpu2W/file.html

I'll take that! Thank you, maybe it can also be ported to NV. I guess that's it for this topic. Dl'ing FWE right now.

Went ahead and made a New Vegas version. Works fine for hardcoe mode as well.
