Okay, I used the search toolbar on the website and did not find anything on the mod texture fixer known as "Archiveinalidation Invalidated" so I decided to post this to see what kind of feed back I could get about it. I fixed my own problem by pretty much perging my fallout 3 files except my saves folder. So make sure you backup all your files including the addon files for the offical DLCs so for anyone who needs to fix this probelm this seems to be one of the ways to do it.
