I used to be able to preview my nif files in GECK to make sure they will loof fine in game.

I've recently installed GECK for NV in my NV folder.

So naturally when I tried to 'open with' it selected the NV GECK.

That wasn't working for me so I removed the NV Geck from my computer.

When I try to 'open with' now, and I select the GECK in my c:Fallout3 folder, it doesn't accept it as an option.

Is there a windows update that has made it so programms on the C: drive don't run files or is there something else I have done wrong?

Tis troubling, at best.

I am able to preview the nif by drag/dropping it onto a GECK shortcut I have on my desktop. So it does work, I just cannot seem to have it as an option when I rightclick openwith.
