GECK Error

Whenever I try to install GECK, it comes up with a message saying 'Please close other applications' even when I don't have anything else running! Can someone please help?

Have you tried running the GECK as an administrator?

Yep. It's just the same message. I downloaded it from Steam, if that makes a difference.
