I'm attempting to edit the exterior cells in Fallout 3, but when I load up the cells, I can't see the ground. All the objects are there such as houses, rocks, cliffs, etc, but no ground. What can I do to make it appear?

There is a simple fix for this. You'll find a list of hotkeys in the "Edit" menu. "Shift + L" will, show/hide the landscape.
