Mostly, yes. I did play it without any DLC but with all available patches applied. It suffers from occasional framerate dips (noticable but rare) and stutters (lasting a few sec, but very annoying!) sometimes. Additionally, around the Vegas area I noticed sound issues (i.e. sometimes extremely choppy until restart and sometimes not even this could solve it ... had to be lucky to get it running fine again). All in all, still significantly better than Skyrims state after patch 1.04.

in Skyrim im 119 hours in 9 mb not much lag as my 9 mb on New Vegas.
