Crafting interface

Is it possible to have the crafting dialogue not close after each successful crafting? Is it handled by aspects that can be edited with the GECK or is it hardcoded in the game engine?

It drives me crazy when I try to scrounge lead and gun-powder by cannibalizing ammo through ED-E 's interface in Lonesome road.
