Vault 113

There is no info on vault 113. Guessing from DC it should be somewhere outside of the DC wasteland.

Vault 113 was so far not part of any Fallout game. Maybe you mean Vault 76 ?

It is mentioned in the Pentagon computers as being located in the capital Wasteland but is not to be found in Fallout 3. Maybe it got cut out or something or was just mentioned as answer to the question where the people in the Capital Wasteland come from.
