Well, there are a few options. The enchanted editor would be a good tool for it, and in the long run, probably the best. If you are okay with command lines, TES3CMD would be a good bet.
The other options are:
GMST Cleaner- Easy, and works well
TESAME- Probably overkill for this, so I wouldn't use it unless you are adventurous.
TESTool- You could use this, but you will have to google which options to use, as there are several which do not work well.
The last option is GMST Fix, which is just an ESP that should be loaded last in your load order, and will change the GMSTs back to where they should be, no need to clean. I would not recommend this for two reasons:
1. You will have to know how to change mod load order, if any unclean mod gets load after it.
2. If a mod changes a GMST it edits purposefully, GMST Fix will overwrite the change.
So, lots of options. If you want a quick and easy fix, I would use GMST Cleaner. If you are okay with spending a little time, I would recommend either TES3CMD or the Enchanted Editor.
