What Nvidia graphic card settings do you use? : IV

I'm curious (for those of you who have Oblivion on the PC, and an Nvidia graphics card) what graphics card settings you use. I've patrolled various forums and topics, trying to figure out the best settings to use for my weak laptop, but could always use some additional advice.
