TCOS - Shops is the WAC plugin that adds new shops selling WAC items

now I think I've read somewhere that one of the shops was conflicting with some other mod that edited the same area, but I can't for the life of me find out what mod this was.

if anybody knows, please let me know so I can easily choose which of the two I should use
