I know you have vendors and what not repair it for you but they don't repair it back to 100%. Is there anyway to repair it with any other type of armor or anything? Oh I thought you could repair it with leather armor but i guess i thought wrong.

Moira will end up with a repair skill around the 50s. (I RPP Workman Overalls on Moira as soon as I have some.) If you invest in Wolfgang and somehow manage to keep him alive, he will have a repair skill of about 75. And then if you have Point Lookout, you can talk to Hailey and exploit his glitch for 100 repair, though if you screw up and visit him too much, he will have a repair of negative, which you will have to work out to get positive.

Some unique items will never be 100% unless you talk to Hailey, and I don't use that glitch. Though my OCDness wants to... You don't need the Hailey thang, but some people love it. You might find better stuff out there, though I know of several people who used the Armored Vault Suit exclusively.

If you have the Mothership Zeta DLC, you may be able to do it using Alien Epoxy, although it can become scarce if you use too much too fast.
