Okay, I followed every step of installing this mod. I have archive invalidation invalidated activated, I removed the hyphon and the numbers, I downloaded each part manually, placed them all in my fallout 3 folder, and then extracted part 1 to the folder it was in, which is the steam fallout goty folder. It changes the textures in my data folder, but nothing happened. The game still has vanilla textures.

Nevermind, figured it out.

Just in case someone else stumbles into this thread later with the same problem (Hello person from the future!)... Want to explain what you were doing wrong and how you fixed it?
