I would like to know (from anyone; though especially a developer), what are the recommended and the maximum poly-count (and texture size) for a single entity in Fallout 3?
IIRC 7500 +/- is about typical and most of the textures are 1024 or half that, or half again... but can a model have 2048 or better and still run decent frame rates?
** The texture question I can try soon enough, but the mesh question (or both ), I would rather have an experienced answer if someone knows.
