Okay, I'm just getting worse and worse at this...

What order should I install the real "game-changing" mods, like FoSE, Windows Live Remover, ArchiveInvalidation Invalidator, Calibr and eXcalibr?

I tried again yesterday, starting with Windows Live Remover then FoSE, and after installing FoSE it crashed, even when I didnt launch it with the FoSE loader, even after going through and removing all the files added by FoSE, so once again I went through the long and boring process if reinstalling the massive data chunk that is Fallout 3.

If you don't have it already, download and install B.O.S.S. (Better Obilivion Sorting Software). You must read the ReadMe and installation instructions. This will sort your mods into almost the correct order.
If you have not launched an unmodded game, than you have other problems. A little research beforehand will save a lot of wasted time later.
