I have tried the INI fix, and the only decent legit fix was on megaupload. I spent 15 pounds on a game that does not work... How did any off you fix it? I am windows 7, Dell Inspirion q15r, I have a decent HD card... If I am not able to fix this, I am a customer finished with this company... And I'll also tell everyone I know not to buy a broken game... All I wanted to do was play my 'favorite' game, I played it on Xbox ( a friend ' borrowed it' and moved away)

I bought it off steam, the first day I got my laptop...

The SIms 3 Works Fast....
Team Fortress 2 works...
Portal worked...

It's not my laptop... I have reinstalled it...

1. Laptops are atrociously bad for gaming with.

2. The only valid comparison with Fallout 3 is Fallout NV.

It probably is an unsupported Intel video chip you should expect nothing better from than constant crashing.
