*Turns to the rest of the room* That's right, you may not know this but Talon Company works, or used to work, with a very powerful man by the name of Ron Caino. I have captured and interrogated him myself. He was once a member of a crime family in New Reno, out in California, called the Bishops. When the Bishops developed Jet, I'm sure you are all familiar with that wretched drug, he was tasked with bringing a caravan somewhere else in California, he can't remember where. But instead he took off with his caravan workers, traded the jet for hired guns who permenantly worked for him and then he headed east, recruiting people and getting food from some tribes and most settlements he came across in exchange for jet. He kept heading east until he reached Virginia where he set up a permenant headquarters for drug trafficing. Eventually his men also were heavily envolved with slavery, not the necessary kind but the kind for amusemant, weapon dealing, he supplied most of the raiders in the east, and food, the only one that wasn't malicious. To keep all of these things in demand, don't want people to make their own food or drugs when you get most your money off of them, he hired raiders to keep the wasteland anarchic. When that wasn't enough, they killed each other almost as often as civilians, he hired mercenary groups such as Talon Company.

OOC: Hope you don't mind me altering the history of Talon Company a bit, it does sound plausable though. Plus I fixed three plot holes in F3 with one paragraph (jet, amount of raiders, and Talon Company's employer).

Also I regret to inform you that nearly all of the men you sent to help us are now dead. *sigh* they had no idea what they were getting into. . . On the bright side they killed enough of the enemy that we were able to have the whole unofficial ceasefire going on.
