I have been wondering if i should play 1-2 just to get and idea of the game and how it works out, though i have to admit i havent been much into the 2d RPGs maybe afew but not many. this post is if you recommend it or not, please give a reason too

yes do so they are awesome. you may experiance a bit of frustration starting out but thats normal. in the end its freakin awesome.

fo3 is made by a different company. Probaby is way different from the first two. But it does show the history of everything. But when you play fo3 I am sure that if you play the old ones you will understand some of the easter eggs and other stuff relating to the old ones.
