If you read the page on the link above where the F3 Van Buren logo is it will say "The Enclave nuked the hell out of San Fansico..."
If the Enclave nuked the hell out of it. How can it be in Fallout 4? Even if F3 Van Buren was canceled wouldn't that be copyright infringement?
