I've played through the game several times, and it's starting to get repetitive, so I've decided to look for some mods to to keep me going on the game for some more time while I delay working on my own mod.

I'm looking for more mods, just... A lot

Ones that change gameplay, not necessarily make it harder, just change it.

One that would be good is a mod that unifies GRA and regular game and spreads the GRA guns arround the wasteland.

Maybe a buff to power armor, like the Powered Power Armor and Impervious Power Armor mods for Fallout 3.

Somethings like Apocalypse Armory, Weapon Mod Kits, EVE, eXcalibr, and ect. but for New Vegas.

The just other mods you think are good and I should see.
I'd really like some graphics enhancement mods too, is there anway to make the nights not super dark with Nevada Skies and Electro-City though?

Where can I get that Vault-Tec Power Armor, and is it possible to get the T-57C without killing a Boomer for it?
