Fallout is NO working on PS3 !

Post » Fri May 04, 2012 12:53 pm

fallout new vegas ultimate edition is not playable on the ps3! this is my fourth version of the fallout for ps3, not working! I have a brand new ps3 and tried everything, but nothing works. I advise all ps3 owners get fallout from that game is not easy on the console.

even the support helps a not, either get no answer or they will be ignored.
bethesda, give the ps3 players finally a functioning fallout patch or new!

The project F:NV is finished and the corresponding devs moved on to other projects months ago. There won't be any other patch nor will there be a major revision. The game is in its final state as it is right now. The same holds for FO3, which worked for me so far for ~17h almost flawlessly. I played New Vegas without DLC and had 2 freezes and a few minor flaws (some hiccups and a few stutters, but quite rare compared to Skyrim). A lot of people recommend to let the DLC be and play just the main game or at least play it first and then continue with the DLC. Additionally, do not use old saves, do not install the GOTY before removing the old game data completely. Maybe it helps, maybe not ... but it's worth a try.

I've tried everything, including the game reinstalled several times without success.
can for me, it is questionable as a vendor playing a game which only just came back again to sell when the market is still the same errors are there.
the error are known and yet they sell the game again in the ultimate version. money rules the world.

I like fallout very much, but I'm going to play any more of bethesda buy more, see SKYRIM, there is exactly the same problem.

ps3 player, hands off ...!!

Dude dont be a [censored] im saying my system works ok, suprisingly it works better then fallout 3. New Vegas lags a little but looking at the fact that Fallout 3 frezes every 3 hours, thats ok. Dude why the fudge does it matter where i live? look at my profile if you wanna be a [censored].

I didn't want to get this game but today I found it used at 5 euros so I am giving it a try. I will not download any DLC and will remove every autosave. I will only save manually on a new file and keep 10 or so of them.

I know buying their games used and at 5 euros is kind of an insult but...considering the state they release games for PS3 I think that they deserve it.

I already know that I am going to love it, provided it works the way it should. Wish me luck ;)

Considering the state the PS3-Versions are in and the latest debacle Skyrim, I think it is appropriate.
