everytime i try to go into the vicky and vance casino in Primm the loading screen comes up and then the roulette wheel just continues to go around and never let me into the casino. I tried restarting about 4 times and i saved the game directly in front of the entrance. Anyone have any suggestions?

Delete your game data and reinstall. If this doesn't help, you're most likely screwed. Is your disc ok? Any scratches or dirt on it? You could also try another char and run directly to the casino. If you can enter it then, your main save is the problem and not the game data and/or the console.
