Ugh. So I get to the end, where Joshua is about the execute the White Legs, but he doesn't do anything. He just stands there pointing his gun at them not firing. I'm playing on PC and tried using the console command setstage 01008a36 100, and when I do that, I complete the quest, get XP, etc., but no ending is played and I can't go back to the Mojave. What do?

1) Put spoiler tags
2) Wrong forum
3) Try loading and reloading, try saving just before the encounter and keep trying, it should work eventually.

His post is alright, he just shouldn't have named the title as such.

I figured it out, it was a mod. I beat it. Thanks for the responses though.
