I love Fallout 3 but it doesn't run very well on my computer. I love the mods I've added to it and i was wondering if mods could be added to the PS3/360 versions of the game.

No, no mods on consoles. Won't be supported on any console, and the things you'd have to do to get mods on an Xbox 360 are illegal.
