Yesterday i visited the place where you get the stealth suit. I went to the basemant, went trough some pipes, and i entered a room where a noticed a strange brewing stand. I tryed to activate it, but it told me that i needed Vodka, salient green, and some other ingreidient i cant remember. I couldn't find anything on the wiki about, so do you know anything about it?

I think it's used to make Battle Brew, if you have the ingredients that is.
