I've noticed Bethesda taking an active interest in the Skyrim CK, in wanting to fix the bugs prevalent in the older CS's, but does this mean the Geck is long forgotten now? It would be nice if we had some bugfixes for the Geck as well, rather than it being abandoned now that Skyrim is out.

It is surely ''forgotten'' at this point. If the game is no longer getting updates, what would be the point in updating the tools used by a tiny subset of the game's players?
