Hiya. I'd like to make a small mod for Vegas. I've had some experience with the Morrowind and Oblivion construction kits so I'm reasonably familiar with this one.

What I want to do is remove the skill and stat enhancements of armor and clothing. I started with the vault 21 jumpsuit and had a look at it's properties. The only thing I can find is the Object Effect field. It's got EnchVaultSuitNormal there, so I changed it to None.

When I came to check it in the game the melee and speech enhancements were gone from the suits stats but my skills were still getting a boost.

What else do I need to do? Am I on the right track or is there a better way?

Never mind, it works if you apply the mod before you don the clothing.
