im sure its been asked by someone but real quick, does anyone know if its possible to get this/any dog?

... No, that's the dogs name. Dogmeat. He's in the previous two Fallout games as a companion, and is making his appearance in Fallout 3. His name is "Dogmeat"

A developer was quoted saying "I used to be a bad guy, until I met Dogmeat. Dogmeat taught me to love"

I sure hope so. I loved dogmeat in the previous games.
