I really got no clue on this, but is there a way to change the language in the german version of Fallout(1) to english?
Got it from a friend, and i never learned german either

So help?

You could try one of the unofficial English patches, but I would not be sure they could work or even change the game to English. It might be worth a try since you could just reinstall anyway.

No clue if there's any mods to turn it into English.

If you want it in English, GOG.com sells the game for like $6 for download without any DRM.
