AFAIK it's a PC exclusive but Todd Howard did say in an interview that they liked the mac so it's entirely possible that we'll see a mac version (yes yes I know Todd Howard isn't a part of ZOS).

Xbox360 & PS3 versions are unlikely

It's an mmo, so it's PC, and so far confirmed to PC only. Only DCUO has really been the only console mmo and it was well crap.
Don't expect any mmo's on the consoles soon.

You'll just have to wait for TES:6

Maybe for next gen consoles, but not the 360 and PS3.
We'll see what Sony and Microsoft pull out of their hats in the coming year.

DCU Online and both Final Fantasy MMOs are also on console. (And is Phantasy Star Online an MMO?)

But, yeah... in general, MMO's aren't on console. They tend to need more buttons than a controller allows. And also want a keyboard so that you can type into chat at a decent speed.
