I just finished downloading it from the official site, and i'm still in the first dungeon. but i can't figure out how to loot dead bodies.

Well, you target your sight on them (turn on the mouselook if you didn't do it yet) and hit space.

Yes i figured it out last night. i didn't know you could look down. thanks!

Not sure how you have your game configured, but you'll probably want to set it up as view/mouse based movment as opposed to cursor.

I found that crouching using D helps

Also, killing people so their bodies are separated a little helps too. If you fight a stack of people in the same place, you won't be able to click on all their bodies effectively.
