I cannot levitate, well when I try to use a levitation spell or potion my jump key won't work and I move like i'm floating but I am still on the ground and will just crash into low level walls that I shoudl float over, can this be fixed or will I just never fly. btw it started after activating the temple shrine I traced it back to that. I hope this can be fixed. thanks a lot!

Yeah, you can't jump while levitating. Just making sure, you have tried pointing the camera upwards and walking forwards, right?

I had a game glitch that way once, when a game-scripted Levitation spell wore off. Only solutions were either console commands (PC) or going back to an old saved game from a couple of days before. The real annoyance is that I had just saved over my previous save only a few minutes before noticing the problem.

I don't know if this is your problem but there is a bug that I often encountered: when coming out of levitation or jumping around you can get 'stuck' in air. If it happens your character looks like he is jumping (legs in the air) and while moving you don't hear footsteps. Move into water, that will solve this problem!

If possible, try loading a save from before activating the shrine and make sure God Mode is off. If it's too far back you can try using the console to deactivate levatation. Ask someone else for the console code. It's been too long since this happened to me and I discovered the source of the glitch.
