So I've decided to take a break from Skyrim and delve back into the epic that is Morrowind.

Oh the nostalgia. It reminds me just how long it's been since Morrowind graced the inside of my Xbox disc tray.

Like 99% of my other characters in the Elder Scrolls games, I created a Dunmer Assassin (btw, I still love how I'm a Dunmer, but the populace still refers to me as 'Outlander'... lol) but now I'm stuck.

I can't remember where to find the Morag Tong, or how to get into the organization...

Can anyone help with a little bit of info?

You're not a native Dunmer, i.e. you weren't born in the province of Morrowind, therefore you're an outlander.
