There is no exact release date yet. It is Fall 2010 all over the world.

Fallout: New Vegas is scheduled for a Fall 2010 release on the Xbox 360, PLAYSTATION 3, and Games for Windows in North America and Europe.

Since we don't even have an actual release date for ANY release yet, it's to early to say what the Austrailian release date will be. Other than Fall 2010,

If you go to the gamestop website it gives the release date in October I think the 11th, but I am really skeptical about that since things can change. It is reasonable to assume a release date between September and November that I am very sure of.

The games sites only give a date as a place holder. The actual release date will be announced by Bethesda as and when it is available. Until then it if Fall this year.
