Hello, I've just installed Morrowind and am planning my first new game.

I've got the graphics and sound overhaul mod but I am interested in these other mods Tamriel Rebuilt, Morrowind Rebirth and Gratuitous violence.
Just to make sure I don't muck things up, may I ask if these mods I mentioned are compatible with each other and in which order should I install them?

Further more, are there any other mods you'd recommend alongside any of them to make the game even better?
(And please post these suggestions with a correct installation order as well please)

I am pretty sure Tamriel Rebuilt is compatible with both Rebirth and the Overhaul. However, as I don't use either, I am unsure if the Overhaul and Rebirth are compatible as well. I don't know a thing about Gratuitous Violence either, so you should ask in http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1179276-relzbeta-gratuitous-violence/.

Other mods? This would depend on your tastes and what you want to see in your game. There are many different mods out there. Below are some links that are very popular suggested lists.

For correct mod orders for pretty much every known mod out there, you should download and run http://code.google.com/p/mlox/wiki/Mlox.

I use a combination of Morrowind Graphics and Sounds Overhaul (MGSO) and Morrowind Rebirth, which are compatible with one another.

I don't personally use Tamriel Rebuilt, but I know that MGSO is designed to be compatible with it, and I think Morrowind Rebirth is as well.

I haven't used the mods you're asking about, but I would recommend using mlox. It's not a mod but a utility that recommends the order to load mods based on rules from players. It will give a recommended load order with notes in many cases and then you decide if you want to do so. It also allows you to specify your own sequence if you want to do so.
