Hassour Zainsubani is not in the Ald Skar Inn, as he is supposed to be. I am running windows 7 on my laptop, (I have the 101/102 driver installed) and cannot bring up the console with the tilde (~) key. Now I cannot force him to respawn in the Inn, and cannot complete this quest (which is a part of the main quest line). Plz advise.

Have you looked in the right place first? Go up to the bar and look to your right, there is a stair case down, he is at the bottom on the left.
